Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Support auditing and taxation processes.
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and expense monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills.
