| Job Description: |
The purpose of this job is to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company\'s ERP system. Lead a team of ERP specialists and work closely with various departments to ensure the ERP system effectively supports the organization\'s business processes and objectives.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage ongoing system maintenance activities, including software updates, patches, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the ERP environment.
- Work with departmental leaders to streamline workflows, integrate cross-functional processes, and eliminate redundancies.
- Implement best practices for data governance, data quality management, and compliance within the ERP framework.
Qualification:
