| Job Description: |
- Oversaw the unloading, installation, and commissioning of machinery to ensure timely and accurate equipment setup.
- Maintain the healthy operational condition of all machines and auxiliary equipment through routine checks and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct detailed machine breakdown analysis to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory effectively, including identifying and maintaining critical spare parts to avoid production delays.
- Control departmental expenses within the approved budget by optimizing resource allocation and maintenance strategies.
- Lead the implementation of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen practices to drive continuous improvement and workplace efficiency.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of ISO 9001:2015 by ensuring compliance with quality management standards and documentation.
