Job Description:

1. OPSI finalization with sales and commercial according to set standards and plant capacity.

2. Production Planning is distributed in three parts.

1- Weekly. 2- Monthly. 3- Long term.

3. Evaluate plant capacity as per available resources.

4. Check material availability with supporting departments for production planning.

5. Make monthly production planning as per OPSI as per plant capacity.

6. Make weekly production planning as per priority model wise to meet market demand.

7. Planning for manufacturing of SFG work center wise to meet weekly and monthly production plans.

8. Ensure to keep all SAP/System data maintain in time.(SAP/WMS Key User)

9. Share plant capacity enhancement plans with immediate Manager if required based on capacity evaluation reports.

10. Modify the production weekly and monthly plans in time systematically if required based on material and plant availability and communicate with supporting departments on time.
