Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of multimedia projects including event branding, promotional videos, digital marketing content, and visual presentations
- Supervise photography, videography, and post-production for live events and campaigns
- Create motion graphics and animations for LED displays, social media, and promotional use
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and event planning teams to align content with strategic goals
- Mentor junior multimedia designers and ensure quality control across all visual outputs
- Manage multimedia equipment, software, and storage systems
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative visual concepts
