Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Order Taker to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing order documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Customer Orders: Accurately process customer orders, including taking orders, verifying customer information, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

2. Manage Order Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date order documentation, including order forms, invoices, and delivery notes.

3. Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

4. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including entering order information into the company's system.

5. Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. No experience required: No prior experience required, but recent graduates or those with some sales or customer service experience are welcome to apply.

3. Strong communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and sales team.

4. Basic knowledge of sales principles: Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.

5. Attention to detail: Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain records.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with CRM software: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or order management systems.

2. Knowledge of sales procedures: Knowledge of sales procedures, including order processing and fulfillment.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and improve order processing efficiency.
