Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and hiring process

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Support onboarding and training programs

• Handle employee queries and HR policy communication

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–3 years of HR experience

• Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws
