Job Description: |
We are looking for female staff having knowledge about airline ticketing, computer, graphic designing multi-tasker can handle office work efficiently. Respnsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Administrative Support: Handle daily tasks like data entry, filing, and office supply management.

Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff or clients.

Travel Assistance: Assist clients with bookings, itineraries, and related paperwork.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide travel package information, and guide them through the booking process.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts, ensuring smooth information flow.
