Job Description:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. You will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, and compliance for Kharian & Arifwala office. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to drive the company’s growth and operational effectiveness.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure accurate financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.

  • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

:  

  • Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners.

:

  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and enhance profitability.
  • Drive cost control measures and performance improvement initiatives.

:  

  • Evaluate and manage the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring optimal returns while managing risk.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in Real Estate Business.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with financial software and systems; proficiency in [specific software, if applicable].-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
