Job Description: |
We are looking for motivated Call Center Agent for full-time shifts!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Document interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on company offerings and promotions.
- Follow company guidelines for quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.
- Participate in training to improve skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
