Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Call Center Agent for full-time shifts!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and promotions.
  • Follow company guidelines for quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.
  • Participate in training to improve skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to customer service.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
