IoBM is the only business school of Pakistan that has a full fledge research program. IoBM publishes the country's first business research journal "Pakistan Business Review" and offers MBA Finance, Marketing & HRM specialists the opportunity to transfer to an MPhil program with Ph.D track based on course work & thesis.

IoBM's academic programs are designed to provide students with the means to accelerate their progression and promotion. The present, Dean CBM has over 40 years experience at the State Bank of Pakistan and the Advisor of CCSIS has over 13 years teaching experience at US & Pakistani universities.
