We have our own onshore office in US with strong and loyal clientele. In order to fullfill the recruitment requirements, employees management and ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws we need an experienced Human Resource Manager who possess extensive experience of Recruitment for international projects, Relationship management, Analyzing the staff requirements and can assist the top management in finding the best possible candidate to hire and align HR policies. Reporting to top management here and in US office.
Human Resource Manager Duties:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing schedule.
• Establishing and conducting orientation, training programs and employee placement in operations.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures timely payroll planning, working, monitoring and appraisal of employees work results, discipline, scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional knowledge to recruit multipe resources for different projects.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and recruiting employees in a timely manner.
