| Job Description: |
- Ensuring proper implementation of training calendar in coordination with AM (HR).
- Maintaining 100% error free data regarding training.
- Conducting training need analysis of different departments to tackle and address their needs timely.
- Entering error free data in HRMS in Learning & Development module.
- Preparing different reports regarding Trainings in Nayatel.
- Timely collection of feedback and ensuring proper circulation of trainer feedback.
- Ensuring 100% attendance during all training sessions.
- Proper circulation, collection and data entry of 360 forms and assisting in preparation of final report to be submitted to CEO.
- Preparing report on TNA points in 360 and submission to AM(HR).
- Assisting AM(HR) in conducting Quarterly Evaluations and Shining Star Activity.
- Ensuring proper tagging and timely updating company policies and hierarchy on Community Portal.
- Generating the ideas for employees engagement activities and getting them implemented.
