Identity & Access Provisioning (IAP) Officer will be responsible for Banking Application User’s identity and access provisioning related queries/issues including new user creation, user profile change, password reset, ID reassignment and ID activation / deactivation. He will also be responsible for record keeping of IAP activities in soft and hard form.
Key Responsibilities
1. Access Provisioning of Banking Applications
· Change in user role/rights after due approval and documentary requirements.
· Password reset and handing over to concerned user after verification.
· Answers incoming calls and provides broad level of support to identify, and resolve access related issues.
2. Identity Management of Banking Applications
· Creation of new user IDs in core banking applications after completing all documentary requirements.
· Activation of User ID after due approval and documentary requirement.
· Temporary/Permanent In-activation of user IDs.
3. Policy & Processes Compliance
· Annually review and update the IAM processes.
· Maintain the SLA’s and review reports regularly.
· Review the IAM requests pattern and recommend solutions.
· Assure compliance with processes and SLA’s.
4. IAM Record & Review
· Responsible for keeping up-to-date record of IAP.
· Review the user’s access matrix of all relevant applications.
5. Additional Tasks
Complete other relevant tasks and one-off projects as and when assigned by line Manager
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
Educational Qualification
· Preferably Bachelors / Masters (major in IT or similar discipline) from an HEC recognized / overseas University.
Skills
· Proficient in handling access provisioning requests for banking applications.
- Sound knowledge of identity and access management of applications.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong computer skills particularly in MS Office Suite.
· Preferably local candidate.
· Flexible to work in shifts.

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
Preferably one year of experience in identity & access provisioning (ideally in Banking Operations).
