· Managing returns/ cancellation and exchange.
· Continuous check & guidance to call center.
· Suggesting picture / layout change of website
· Continuous efforts to increase website sales.
· Make sure all website features are operational at all times and no mistakes e.g spelling
· Timely delivery of orders.
· Maintain daily reports. (orders, sales etc).
· Coordination with Courier Company for order booking
· Maintain stock level on website on basis of sales.
· Website is operational and updated with correct inventory at all times.
