| Job Description: |
- Responsible for Quality Assurance/Final Inspection, Fit and Manufacturing Operations Management.
- Work with Top Management to develop the company's manufacturing strategy then direct, communicate, and execute it effectively across the organization
- Collaborate actively with the Product Development Manager to ensure correct factory allocation, taking into account cost, development ability, lead time and capacity.
- Define and manage manufacturing initiatives aimed at improving process, quality, speed to market, and reduction of costs through lean manufacturing where appropriate
