PMTAC Medical Billing Services is a healthcare revenue cycle management company that delivers a complete scope of services and solutions for a diverse range of single-specialty and multi-specialty practices. Our growing business is seeking a Customer Services Representative for our medical billing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling the appointments of patients with the doctors or transferring the calls to the concerned department.
As a Customer Services Representative you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and scheduling the appointments of patients with the doctors. Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships in order to satisfy the clients.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. You should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for serving our doctors and growing our business. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills.
Requirements
· 2-3 years prior Experience as Customer Services Representative
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Must be fluent in English speaking (US ACCENT) Hands on experience to manage customer during a call
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.A, B.COM, BBA/MBA)or related
· Good Command over Excel, word and health industry related software tools
· Good understanding of US Medical Billing
· Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
· Teamwork, time management, positive attitude, conversational, and understanding of different types of customers, empathetic and straight posture.
· Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
· Must have positive attitude towards learning and sustaining himself for long run
