| Job Description: |
· Achieve new sales targets by Generating, Converting, Following up and Closing IT projects
· Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
· Executing plans which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
· Answering clients’ inquiries
· Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
· Using knowledge base / training material to resolve Customers concerns
· Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
· Responsible to maintain Daily Report of Sales and Performance
