Note: This is a Karachi based job, candidates from all over Pakistan can apply (willing to relocate)
CoreZee (Pvt.) is offshore subsidiary of major Network Software vendor.
CoreZee(Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Software QA Engineer to assist the SW teams to deliver SW products on time and with highest quality.
The QA specialist will be helping with:
- Installation, Deployment and Management of new Network applications.
- Network Traffic and Test tools

Scripting and Packaging help to SW team
- Analysis and Debugging help to SW team for Network Protocols.
- Search, Installation and Operation of Open-Source SW packages.
- Test and QA related activities for Network and Security related Software.
- Report, account and remind on new and open bugs, missing features etc.
- Performance testing.
- Competitive analysis and online research on SW features
- Package porting, fix build errors, searching libraries, etc.
- some programming may be needed.

Skills Required:
- Graduation in Computer Science with good exposure to Software Development.
- Linux System skills.
- Shell scripting.
- Ability to diagnose, fix Linux PC servers and clients
- Ability to plan, document and execute Test-Plans for QA Testing effort.
- Network Management.
- Ability to debug network configurations, understand topology errors, work around issues.
- Some SW expertise to resolve build issues, assist developers and understand SW flow.
Additional Plus
- Some Perl, Python scripting or C language development skills
- Good communication skills
- Issue and Task management
- Detailed Reporting of status and Software Quality
