Job Description:

Ø Nationwide Inter Departmental Coordination on matters related to Administration

Ø Monitoring company's attendance & running attendance cycle for Payroll

Ø Final Settlement of employees,

Ø Recovery of company belongings from employees resigning

Ø Processing new employee documentation, company ID card & TMS card

Ø Security of Personnel, material and premises

Ø Implementation of Company's Administrative Policies and its revision where deemed necessary

Ø Event planning and management

Ø Monitoring company's transportation cost and providing cost effective solutions

Ø General maintenance of office premises, building and material

Ø Manage & Purchase of housekeeping items

Ø Investigation of theft cases

Ø Coordination with group companies on various matters

Ø Print media work for different events & office stationary

Ø Fleet management
