Accounts Executive

• An experienced accountant with atleast 2 years of experience is required.
• You must have a strong academic background and knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience working with leading accounts software.
• Any experience of Quickbooks is very favorable.
• You will need to be well versed in producing financial statements such as cash flow, Profit & Loss and balance sheets.

Job Description

• Managing Book keeping/recording of all Transactions
• Managing Chart of Accounts for new companies
• Bank, Cash & Other Accounts Reconciliation
• Payroll management
• Tax Payment & filling of monthly and annual tax Returns
• Managing Accounts Payable
• Managing Accounts Receivables
• Independently handle month end closing
• Preparing Financial Reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) on Monthly basis
• Preparing Expenses Comparison reports
• Preparation of Invoices to Customers
• The timings of job will be from 5:00PM to 2:00AM (Pakistan Time)

Job Specifications

• MBA Finance, B.Com, M.Com, ACCA Degree
• 02 years post qualification working experience in Accounts
• Good knowledge of banking Accounting software Quickbooks and MS Office
