| Job Description: |
Job Summary: Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring Clinical / Administration processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations. Develops, performs, and manages quality assurance activities.
Qualification & Experience: MBBS / MScN Nursing or MBA. Quality Internal Audit Course would be considered as an additional qualification. Minimum7 to 8 years of related operational experience including 3 to 5 years in supervisory capacity at a reputable hospital. Knowledge about Quality Management System Standards e.g. ISO 9001:2008, JCIA International Guidelines, Auditing Protocols and Legal Requirements e.g. (PMDC)
Auditing and monitoring experience would be preferred. Must have Excellent Technical skills, Planning skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Problem Solving skills, Team working skills, Excellent report writing, Statistical Analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Ms. Word |
