| Job Description: |
Innovate, develop, automate and execute blended learning offering for both technical and soft skills within our fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Based on our corporate vision and learning needs analysis, design a blended learning curriculum using digital learning tools to complement existing services.
Propose, select and coordinate with external training consultants and firms to create, customize and deliver learning sessions.
Manage the optimization of learning offering with an effective delivery of learning services while measuring the return on investment for all activities.
Develop and deliver robust induction and career progression learning programs
Required:
Experience in the whole lifecycle of learning and development.
Professional expertise in creating and executing digital learning and development strategies, based on practical experience and theoretical foundations.
Proven success in delivering engaging learning and development programs. |
