Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and then execute the ongoing content strategy

• Writing quality content

• Manage our email marketing

• Using our results and findings to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products

• Follow and improve company tone of voice, and ensure it's used in all our external communications

• Build relationships with our partners and clients and source opportunities for guest posts

• Identify SEO opportunities

• Identify opportunities for PR and outreach

• Stay on top of news and trends in the field of technology, and use this to enhance your content

Job Requirements:

• An excellent and proven writer who can create engaging content

• Experience creating content for a B2B audience, with the ability to write successfully for the web to drive traffic and build engagement

• An editorial focus to understand what our audience wants to consume

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience in the field of customer loyalty would be a big plus

• Experience managing social media channels
