 Job Description        

Working with spreadsheets, sales ledgers and journals. Assist line manager to resolve customer issues on daily basis.Issue performa invoice to customersReconcile customers’ ledger on daily basisReconcile Gate passes with invoices on weekly basis.Ensure timely posting of receipt in systemFollow up on over-due receiptsSorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.Prepare daily cheque dispatch recordVerify sales tax invoices.Prepare payment approvalAssist in sales tax return filing

Requirement:·         

  • The incumbent should be B.Com /  ACCA part qualified / ICMA part qualified·        
  • Have at least  five year experience for B.Com Candidate while 1 year experience is necessary  for ACCA / ICMA students, with similar position at reputable manufacturing organization·         
  • Must have knowledge of Sales tax.·         
  • Have experience with the some reputable ERP system·         
  • Must have good  knowledge of MS office

SALARY & BENEFITS·         

  • Salary range between 20 K to 25 K + Other benefits
