As a Social Media Ads/Google Ads Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create, manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for clients across various platforms including social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Your key duties and responsibilities may include:

1. Conducting research on the target audience, competition, and industry trends to develop effective advertising strategies.

2. Creating and implementing social media ad campaigns, Google Ads campaigns, and other digital ad campaigns.

3. Developing ad creatives such as ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s identity.

4. Setting up and monitoring advertising budgets and bids, and making adjustments to optimize campaign performance.

5. Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts.

6. Collaborating with clients to understand their advertising goals and objectives, and provide regular updates on campaign progress.

7. Staying up-to-date with industry developments, new ad formats, and changes in advertising policies, and implementing them into ad campaigns as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You should also have experience in using social media advertising platforms and Google Ads, and be familiar with various digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field may be required, and relevant certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are highly desirable.
