- All new hirings within Region
- Data management in the ERP/HRIS
- Supervising monthly Attendance/Leave Management
- Preparing Payroll of the Region
- Handling of EOBI/Social Security Contributions
- Handling Final Settlements of outgoing staff
- Implimentation of Policy & Procedures
- Monthly Reports and Returns
- Daily Coordination with Head Office
