| Job Description: |
- Marketing tactics and working to increase business
- Client management
- Client handling
- Email marketing
- Business invoice management• Handling client’s day to day queries
- Working on new queries provided by the system and properly follow up, to increase sales
- Verbal communication with client and their teams regarding new and existing orders
- Communicate with in house team verbally, via skype and on a phone call to meet the project deadline and be up to date about current project
- Strong knowledge of different digital marketing tactics like, email marketing, cold calling, newsletter marketing, referral marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing etc
- Must have 2 to 3 years of proven experience of sales and marketing especially in digital marketing
- Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills (cross functional working with different in house team to meet the deadline)• Must be a team player
- Minimum IT graduate with passion of digital marketing.
