HRSI is looking for candidates for the role of " SFE (Seller Fulfilment Executive)" for one of the E-commerce clients based in Karachi.

Job Type: Job Timings: 9 to 5 Morning,

Job Days: Monday to Friday

Education: Bachelors (Fresh Can also apply) Experience: preferred 6 months.

CONTRACT: Contractual Period: Regular / extendable on performance-based.

Salary Range: 25K to 30K + Medical.

Responsibilities / Job Description:

• Creating and managing seller relationships to improve their operational performance and help achieve fulfilment goals. Mediums (Calls Email).
• Coordinating with the routing department to ensure that the orders are picked up on time; while resolving any issues that may arise pertaining to the assigned sellers.
•  Observe and solve the issues related to packaging and stock update of items. Keeping a close eye on the seller's performance to ensure up-to-the-mark performance and maximum customer satisfaction.

• Coordinating with other departments to resolve any inter-departmental/customer/seller-related issues.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and stations to resolve the issues that arise related to the assigned sellers.
• Managing day-to-day order fulfillment in liaison with the sellers while maintaining the SLA.
