Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
9. To support lead consultants in the delivery of Developing client relationships
10. Display and market real property to possible buyers.
11. Review purchase contracts to ensure terms and met.
12. Provide Guidance and assist Sellers and Buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the terms
13.  Show properties to Potential Buyers and renters.
14. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
