We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-versed Male or Female Customer Service Officer. He must be able to communicate about  products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts of Clients & should be willing to work in rotational shifts a per requirements

The candidate should have the following skills:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievance to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Coordination between Customers and internal departments
• Handle customer queries on social media, website, email and phone
• Follow-ups
• And other assignment, if required
