| Job Description: |
Position objectives:
- To develop and implement marketing strategies for growth in line with five years strategic plan, identifying new business opportunities, developing Max Education as leading brand for ensuring quality with financial sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- To focus on identifying new business opportunities in the light of five years strategic plan of the Max Education, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
- To maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that market analysis and important key trends to be shared and communicated to key stakeholders.
- To Develop and execute business plans as per five years strategic plan.
- To coordinate with the Central Marketing Team to monitor and analyze organization media exposure for Max Education branding and running promotional campaigns including website development, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
- To oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based.
- To develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements, videos that meet the marketing strategy of the organization and that comply with set policy guidelines.
