| Job Description: |
We are looking for an finance executive for our finance dept., with excellent English (writing and spoken) skills.
Responsibilities:
- All types of Invoice entry (manual & matching)
- Vendor reconciliations
- Payments to vendors.
- Organizing daily invoices (downloading \ sorting\coding).
- Vendor helpline (Calls & emails)
- Refunds (as required)
- Bank receipts.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Ad-Hoc reports (as directed by Manager)
Requirements:
- M.com / MBA Finance
- Should have excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Should have working experience on ERP (preferably MS Dynamics)
- Prior experience of working with offshore setup is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years’ post qualification experience
Timings : 12PM -9PM (PST)
