| Job Description: |
The candidate must have hands on experience and skills in all functions of Human Resource department from a reputable organization in a managerial capacity, and also interested to lead the department independently for firm for longer period. The candidate should presentable and have strong English communication & leadership skills.
Key areas of expertise
Recruitment
- Hands on experience of handling and managing Recruitment cycle.
Payroll
- Ensuring timely processing of monthly Pay Roll nationwide.
Attendance management
Policies & Procedures
- Ensuring implementation of existing policies and bring best market practices time to time to firm management
Training & Development
- Analysis and implementation of departmental training as per schedule and on need base
Secondment Program
- Handling of international Secondment program ensuring in time communication and administrative matters related immigration and billing process
Compensation & Benefits
- Analyze & modify C&B policies to establish a competitive programs and ensuring its compliance including employee’s rewards and recognition process
- Timely processing and disbursement of Bonus, Increments, and Settlement
Performance Reviews
Ensures timely process of Annual Appraisal / Midyear review and timely annual increment process / mid-year increases
H.R. Administration
- Event Management and Firm representation
- Office Discipline Pre & Post COVID
- Connectivity with all staff nationwide through social channels
- Travel/Visa management of executive and staff
- Dealing EOBI, SESSI, Health insurance matters
- Correspondence with ICAP / ACCA & ICAEW office
