Candidate should have 5 years+ experience in commercial software development.

You should be very capable in:

• C Sharp 2+ years


• SQL 2+ years

Desirable skills:

• WPF


• Microsoft SQL Server


• ASP.NET MVC

You should be highly competent in all general software engineering disciplines:

• OO analysis & design


• Test driven development


• Version control

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science

Excellent English and communication skills are essential.

Paradigm Interactive is a Microsoft development consultancy based in the UK. We have been established for 23 years. We are a small distributed team of senior freelance software engineers. The candidate would be expected to work from their office/home and collaborate online with an international team.

Our main client is a large global international parcel delivery company. We have developed their systems since they started ten years ago. Our innovative software has supported exponential growth in the e-commerce space.

This will be a permanent full-time position.

Twice yearly performance based salary reviews.
