Job Description: |
- Take inbound calls to manage call queue Make outbound calls for different products and campaign.
- Maintain courtesy and accuracy. Route complaints/ requests to concerned departments.
- Update Team Leaders regarding follow-ups and issues observed during calls. Maintain performance as per defined KPI`s.
