| Job Description: |
- Manage and supervise all bakery outlets.
- Supervise all baking and branch staff
- Ensure that bakery is adequately stocked with all the supplies and baking ingredients.
- Inspect bakery items to ensure the established standards on quality and uniformity
- Creating suitable work schedules for staff member
- Hiring suitable bakery staff and ensuring all the bakery operations are completed on time
- Keep an eye on the sanity and cleanliness of bakery.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
