We are looking for a Social Media Executive / Social Media Expert .

•  To coordinate with account management, content, design and media team for timely publishing of communication for planned social media channels of clients
•  To monitor the performance of published communication on social media channels and generate reports for weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis
•  To look after/manage/monitor audience engagement and keep active interaction on social media channels as well as perform sentiment analysis for assigned brands
•  To conduct research and identify latest social media trends in terms of effective utilization of social media channels (with respect to each platforms’ niche and overall behavior) that can reflect on business success of clients Job

Requirement:

•  Sound grip on social media channels, communication methods and reporting tools
•  Knowledge and experience of managing diversified social media communities
•  Understanding of social media platforms and the communication formats/types/placement and performance metrics of such mediums
•  Exceptional research and insight gathering skill is a must
•  Understanding of and Familiarity with Digital PR is a major plus
• Understanding of Graphics and should be good content creator
