• Our Company is looking for a JUNIOR & SENIOR Accountant to join its finance team.
• Carry out the day-to-day duties of planning, forecasting, bookkeeping, monthly account reconciliation, cash flow tracking and projections and analyzing accounts.

Specific responsibilities include:

•  Booking monthly investment related journal entries into Quick Books.
•  Monthly reconciliation of bank and investment accounts to custodial statements.
•  Monthly preparation of consolidated balance sheets, profit & loss and cash flow statements and supporting schedules among various entities.
•  Preparing annual cash flow budgets, with quarterly actual to expected analysis.
•  Booking alternative investment transactions into investment reporting platform.
•  Maintaining and reconciling investment reporting platform and related performance reports (manager performance, asset allocations, capital gains, interest/dividend income, alternative/fixed income analytics, etc.)
•  Assist the CFO and external CPA firm with quarterly income tax estimates and annual return preparation.
•  Preparing ad hoc analysis and reports upon request.
•  Communicating effectively with issues that will come up
•  Communicating with CFO and external CPA firm on various work issues that arise

The ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Intermediate understanding of accounting standards
• CPA or (in progress) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with impact investing preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, but also work well with others
• Approaches projects with a sense of urgency
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus
