| Job Description: |
- IT Support Officer will be responsible for Installs and configures networking software, and manages the daily administrative activities associated with the Internet, Intranet, local area network, wide area network and connection to all of the above via MPLS, Wireless, and broadband connectivity.
- Solid working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, MPLS, Firewall (Cisco ASA), IPS/IDS, load balancer, and routing protocols.
- Maintaining and administering network and related computing environments including systems software, applications, hardware, and configurations.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring email applications and systems.
- Technical Audits.
- Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
