| Job Description: |
- Call Center Agent Required for a US-based Tele-Sales campaign.
- Base Salary will range between 15,000 to 35,000 depending on previous experience and skills. Industry high commissions will be paid, successful agents can expect to take home over 100,000 per month.
- Transport will be provided to female candidates. And other candidates upon completion of probation.
- Employees that display excellent performance will qualify for health plans and meals after completion of probation.
- Training will be provided, the nature of work will include both inbound and outbound calls.
- Timings are 6 pm to 3 am and 8 am to 5 am, including breaks.
- Saturdays are off for agents who complete their weekly targets. This applies to agents who complete probation.
- No minimum educational or experience requirements.
- Previous international campaign experience and American accents will be preferred.
- Fluent English, Enthusiasm, and Confidence are compulsory.
