| Job Description: |
The main roles to perfom are:
- To supervise the Time & Attendance activity
- To perform ERP software data entry for leaves, joining & related
- To fetch the daily leaves record from Department and reconcile with ERP
- To perform telephonic information gathering and verification of such as reference, work experience and background checks
- To create, maintain and update employee files
- To maintain the recruitment CVs bank for different positions
- To make data entry on various HR reports e.g. Absentee Report, Late Arrival Report, Shift Variation Report, Joiner/ Leaver Report, Employees Turnover Report
- To complete daily assigned work in timely manner with accuracy
- To maintain departmental confidentiality and integrity
- To work as an active team player
- To maintain log register of employees queries
- To greet and handle employees query in a professional manner
