• Handling inquiries and responding to customers post designing & execution.
• Must be expert in English content writing with strong vocabulary
• Creating desired and meaningful content for all social media platforms through writing editing and posting for social media posts
• Command on social media trends and social media marketing for Facebook and InstagramManaging high volume of customer responses on time
• Answer or contribute to public comments or questions on social media
• To manage multiple departments for brand consistency
• To keep an eye on competitor’s social media activities
• Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve marketing efforts. 
• Prior Experience to increase followers and viewersProficient to manage and operate Youtube ChannelManage Website orders
• Must be excellent in complete coordination with Executives
• Closely worked with designs with unique ideas
• Should be willing to work for extra miles
