Job Description

• We are hiring experienced Outbound Call Center Agents.
• Excellent spoken English
• At least five year sales/outbound experience in International Call Centre.
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
• You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and empathize with them
• You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
• Holds a Neutral Accent, clear speaking voice
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• The candidate must not be enrolled in any educational programme.
• Willing to work in night shift.
• You are an expert in bypassing gate keepers, reaching decision makers, convincing them and eventually closing the sales
