Job Description:

  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.

  • Coordinates the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt openings; initiates and coordinates recruitment ads, reviews applications/resumes, assist managers with screening applicants, ensure offers are made in accordance with procedures, coordinates new hire.

  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc

  • Counsels employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.

  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring the vacation and sick time is tracked in the system.

  • Responsible for the structure of the benefits administration program and annual benefits open enrollment. Prepares and presents information in the evaluation of company benefits. Compiles information for employees during the open enrollment period and presents information in group meetings.

  • Collect and compile data, prepare reports and coordinate all management projects.

  • Prepare personal files and maintain records of employee’s Qualifications, Certifications, previous experience

  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained


  • Responsible for the company's external reception, public relations and spokesperson work to ensure the company's good operating environment and external image




  • Be responsible for the formulation, verification, promulgation, implementation and supervision of the company's management system




  • Manage company's files (except personnel files) and be responsible for their security and confidentialityTo be responsible for the administrative supervision of the implementation of the company's rules and regulations, minutes of company-level meetings and working disciplines
