Job Description:
  1. Develop and implement new software programs.
  2. Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
  3. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
  4. Design and update software database.
  5. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  6. Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
  7. Successful track record of developing quality software products and shipping production ready software.
  8. Understand emerging web and mobile development models.
  9. Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  10. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  11. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  12. Presenting ideas for system improvements.
  13. Working closely with analysts, designers and staff.
  14. Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
  15. Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
