| Job Description: |
In addition to the core responsibility of accurate and timely process of all payrolls functions, this person having good interpersonal skill will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing monthly payroll within deadline along with preparing transfer letter of salaries into bank accounts of employees.
- Prepare Monthly HR Reports.
- Incorporate the accurate salary rise in payroll on due date.
- Ensure proper working of EOBI and Social Security and timely depositing it into Government Treasury.
- Prepare final settlement of employees.
- Answer payroll-related queries to employees efficiently.
- Provide reports and analysis as needed.
- Other responsibilities might be added time to time according to company policy.
Command on MS office. |
