| Job Description: |
- Ensure Sales Target are met for all modern trade customers (Metro, CSD/USC, Imtiaz and Spar
- Responsible to ensure all contractual KPIs are executed fully
- Expanding the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Lead contractual negotiations with modern trade customers
- Develop strategies and plan for Modern trade customers with the help of NKAM to increase business
- Manage day to day activities and operation
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and develop business plan in accordance
- Establish a good business relationship with all the customers
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- The job holder is to maintain flexibility. The job can require him/her to perform tasks that are not clearly defined in the job description but aligned with the need of business
- The incumbent is responsible to manage IMT customers and responsible for business growth and execution of strategies at customer end and aligned with KAM.
- The incumbent needs to have command on MS office, strong analytical skills, knowledge of business process, good interpersonal skills.
- The incumbent needs to be organized & disciplined.
